Innova® Quantum allows you to reduce variability and process upsets by handling operational stressors like temperature excursions, up to 36°C/98°F, and 0.5% lactic acid while finishing at <0.1% w/v glucose.

    Rebalancing yeast energy, Innova® Quantum reduces glycerol production by up to 40% contributing to ethanol increases and improving DDGS quality.

    While many yeast use urea and yeast food to support fermentation, Innova® yeasts can reduce your need for urea and eliminate the need for yeast food.

Innova® Quantum is the highest yielding yeast in the Innova family that excels in compounding fermentation challenges while providing the flexibility to allow you to expand throughput by fermenting high dry solids.

Innova® Quantum is a genetically modified yeast strain designed for fermentation processes greater than 60 hours. It finishes clean at 0.1% w/v glucose, even under the most challenging conditions so you can confidently run your plant and achieve the highest ethanol titers.  Innova® Quantum produces high-quality GA with advanced de-branching activity and a fungal alpha-amylase to deliver the lowest residual starch.
