Broad product offering
From traditional to advanced, multiple blends of this product are available for varied levels of sugar and starch conversion. That allows products in the range to support a wide variety of operating conditions and performance goals. To find the right blend for you, please get in touch with your Novozymes representative.
Increased yield potential
To get the most out of your fermentation, you need supporting enzymes in addition to glucoamylase. Trehalase works to reduce DP2 and lower residual sugar. Alpha amylase provides advanced residual starch reduction. Cellulase has fiber degrading activities. The end result is the lowest residual starch and increased corn oil yields. This portfolio offers flexible solutions to help you realize your optimum yield potential.
Complements Innova® yeast
Pairing traditional enzyme blends with enzyme-expressing yeasts means losing key performance activities. The result is higher residual starch and sugar that can impact your yield potential. Different yeasts also have different kinetic profiles. That's why, for optimal fermentation kinetics, you need to consider differences in glucoamylase enzymes. We designed Innova® enzymes to pair with Innova® yeasts. Together they deliver a tailored fermentation system for your production process. Explore the full range of Innova® yeasts.
Food grade availability
You may need or prefer Food Grade Certification of saccharification enzymes for your ethanol production. If so, it's available across this product line.
Companion enzyme products in the Innova® family are designed to work specifically with Innova® yeast. That means you get a tailored solution that provides optimal kinetics and the right amount of performance enzymes. The end result is the greatest starch conversion for your process.
This product contains both enzymes and microbials. While both are safe to use in consumer applications, they must be handled correctly in production/working environments to ensure workers’ safety.
Especially, repeated inhalation of enzyme dust or aerosols resulting from improper handling may induce sensitization and may cause allergic type 1 reactions in sensitized individuals.
Please follow the precautionary handling recommendations below:
- Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray
- Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing
- In case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection
- IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing
- If experiencing respiratory symptoms: Call a POISON CENTER or a doctor
- Store in a dry place. Store in a closed container
- Dispose of contents/containers in accordance with local regulations
