Flavourzyme®
Flavourzyme® is a microbial protease with high exo-peptidase activity. Combined with Neutrase® or Alcalase® products, it gives you the control you need to develop differentiated products. These combinations are very suitable for achieving savory flavors and masking bitterness. They also allow you to develop soft bars and snacks.
Flavourzyme® cleaves amino acids and short peptides from the ends of a peptide sequence. Used in combination with Neutrase® or Alcalase® products, it enables customized hydrolysis protocols. So you can design the protocols you need for products that stand out in the marketplace.
