Pectinex® Ultra Tropical efficiently degrades fibrous plant material. That gives you higher juice yields in tropical fruits. In pineapple juice production it also delivers higher ultra-filtration flux. That leads to improved capacity utilization and lower energy consumption. It also allows you to go longer between cleaning cycles.
