Achieve clinical clean with 3 powerful enzymes

Achieve clinical clean with 3 powerful enzymes

What if you could take medical cleaning products to market, faster? Maximize your marketing claims and improve patient outcomes at the same time. The Everis™ Clinical Clean Kit contains Everis™ Precise, Everis™ Pro and Everis™ Link - powerhouse enzymes designed specifically for superior medical cleaning.

Everis™ Clinical Clean Kit

Everis™ Clinical Clean Kit

Everis™ Clinical Clean Kit combines the cleaning power of two proteases and a lipase to give an extra level of cleaning performance to medical detergents for reprocessing departments. These are the only enzymes specifically manufactured and quality tested for the development of enzymatic medical cleaning detergents.

Reusable medical devices are often soiled with blood, tissue and other bodily fluids containing proteins, carbohydrates and fats. The protein soils are broken down by proteases, and the fatty soils are broken down by lipases. This enzymatic action helps to lift complex medical soils off the device surfaces – also from the cracks, hinges and hard-to-get-to areas – suspending the soil components in the wash water where they can be flushed away. This is why the blend of different enzyme classes in Everis™ Clinical Clean Kit provides the most effective clinical cleaning.

Everis™ Clinical Clean Kit includes Everis™ Pro and Precise, which are low-foaming proteases for auto-cleaning applications. Because Everis™ Clinical Clean Kit contains both boron- and non-boron-based stabilizers, formulators gain potential cost savings from the reduced need for additional stabilizing agents. Last but not least, Everis™ Clinical Clean Kit includes Everis™ Link, a lipase with improved shelf-life stability.

Everis™ Pro

Everis™ Pro

Classic protease that targets proteinaceous soils, such as blood and tissue, and has been used successfully in medical device reprocessing for years.  Everis™ Pro is the perfect choice for an easy drop-in replacement for many existing enzymatic detergents. It is an excellent option for formulations with a low-water content (<80%) as well as formulations with a pH as high 9. It is non-foaming making it an ideal protease for enzymatic detergents designed for manual and automated reprocessing steps.

Everis™ Precise

Everis™ Precise

A protease engineered for increased formulation flexibility and stabilized with non-boron based technology for those looking to develop a new enzymatic detergent. Unlike standard proteases, Everis™ Precise is compatible with all chelators. It is also ideal for formulations with a high-water content (>80%) as well as those with a pH as high as 10.5. Everis™ Precise is non-foaming making it a great option for enzymatic detergents designed for manual and automated reprocessing steps.

Everis™ Link

Everis™ Link

A fourth-generation lipase engineered for greater stability. This product is part of our line of non-protease enzymes that targets medically relevant fatty soils, such as adipose tissue, and pairs well with proteases making it an excellent choice for multi-enzymatic detergents. Detergents formulated with a protease and lipase are designed to target two major components of many clinical soils: protein and fat. Like Everis™ Pro and Everis™ Precise, Everis™ Link is non-foaming and therefore ideal for multi-enzymatic detergents designed for manual and automated reprocessing steps.
