A more robust physical refining process that increases yields 

Enzymatic physical refining with our enzymes lowers the phosphorus level of your oil, while reducing chemical usage in your process. It also boosts your oil yields. Our solutions convert non-hydratable phosphatides into fully hydrated lysolecithin, facilitating gum removal. With our enzymes, you can achieve yield increases of up to 1.5%, depending on the initial P level of your oil.

Our phospholipase A1 enzymes enable a robust, stable and flexible process that you can use on crude and degummed oil. They reduce the need for hazardous chemicals to improve safety at your plant. They’re also readily biodegradable.
